It is a representation on how I interact with other personalities, behave on a day-to-day basis, how I learn, how I communicate, and it can accurately predict the field of career I will most likely settle with. Background The purpose of the MBTI or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is to indicate the preferences on how different people absorb and exert information as well as communicate and make decisions.
